I find the debates over constitutions highly insightful on the role of institutions id development, after all no group of people were charged to think on this subject more than framers of constitutions. I thought it would be useful to search on constitutional issues (e.g. taxation, franchise, federalism, etc.) from one place. To enable this, I have created a search engine that covers debates on constitutions. As of Nov 2008, the engine covers India’s constitutional assembly debates, Federalist papers, Putney debates and a few other sources. It is likely to expand over time.
